Automotive structural parts and interior parts moulds have been used steadily in Shanghai Volkswagen's new car models. The rubber tire mould has been approved by major domestic tire enterprises, and the base of standard parts and materials for the mould has also been formed.
A number of vigorous private die and mould companies are rising, and the gathering area of die and mould manufacturing is forming. Chuzhou has become an important manufacturing base of refrigeratory suction foam mould; Ningguo City is the gathering area of rubber mould; Xuanzhou City and Wuhu City are the important manufacturing and supplying bases of automobile parts and components, mainly with thin sheet stamping die; Bengbu City has unique characteristics of thick sheet stamping progressive die; Hefei City is in injection mould, automobile mould and fast speed.
